History

Created in 1990, Consultants Ingenium Inc. has been developing and perfecting its condominiums managing software for more than 17 years, which makes them one of  the most experienced software editors in this field in America.

Known as Condo Manager, Ingenium's software offers a simple and easy way to manage small or large owners associations as well as big real estate corporations containing tens of associations. Whether you are a volunteer administrator who wants to do himself the accounting for his association or whether you are a professional administrator managing hundreds of condominiums, you will find a version of Condo Manager meeting your specific needs.

Our team

We are not technology people providing HOA software. We are HOA management professionals providing HOA technology solutions! Ingenium's personnel is comprised of experienced administrators who themselves managed associations with experience in accounting and topnotch programmers counting over 20 years of experience in software development. It's this alliance that allows Ingenium to create software that are really adapted to the real needs of condominium administrators.
